Community
development programmes:
Is a unique activity which reaches
women, adults and aged. Rural development is a
part of our out reach programme through which
villagers and tribal people are enabled toward
a better standard of life and proper living conditions
like safe drinking water, hygienic environment
and conducive atmosphere. The following initiatives
have been taken up for the last 30 years:
• Construct and establish
schools, houses, orphanages and other institutions
for the welfare of the poor and the needy
• Set up borewells in the villages to overcome
the water scarcity.
• Construct home for the aged for the elderly.
• Help in setting up of dairy, poultry farms
and agriculture programs as part of self help
programs.

training programmes:

Placement Consultancy:
We also offer recruiting services
for different individuals at various levels with
industry specific requirements.
Our delivery process involves four major steps;
Sourcing of candidates, Training, Certification
and Placement. Assessments are done at regular
intervals during the training and individual specific
inputs are provided in order to improve their
employable skills

Adult/Children
Education programmes:
Cord’s organizes child
care programmes for the needy and disadvantaged
groups and adult education for the aged. We attend
to communities in greatest need, design programs
that minimize obstacles to participation, and
make the content of education relevant to the
realities of children’s & adult lives
